Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BellyCharm, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our curated subscription boxes and personalized services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations. 

1. Order Cancellation 

Once an order is placed on BellyCharm, it cannot be changed or canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. 

If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact our support team at support@bellycharm.com as soon as possible. 

2. Refund Policy 

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products or subscription boxes once an order is placed. All sales are final. 

In case you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@bellycharm.com, and we will work with you to address the issue. 

3. Subscription Cancellations 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and canceling it before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the renewal date, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing period, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the current month. 

4. Exchange Policy 

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products or subscription boxes. Please carefully review the details of the products included in each box before placing your order. 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@bellycharm.com with details and a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or provide a solution at our discretion.
